Mr. Robert F. Agnew
President & CEO
Working closely with aviation industry “sage” Morten S. Beyer since they founded mba in 1992, Mr. Agnew has been an indispensible part of the company’s rise to industry prominence. He was tapped to take the helm in 2004, when Mr. Beyer stepped down as CEO. Since then, Mr. Agnew has been instrumental in piloting the accreditation of mba as one of a handful of firms in the world capable of performing internationally recognized IATA Operational Safety Audits for airlines. On his watch, mba has also become a leading provider of technical due diligence for investors in airlines and aircraft.
Mr. Agnew brings 30 years of experience in aviation and management consulting to his role as CEO, and is one of only a dozen ISTAT Certified Senior Appraisers in the world.
Prior to founding mba, Mr. Agnew spent most of his career in sales, marketing and operations for airlines. After completing his Service as an Officer in the USAF, he began his commercial aviation career at Northwest Airlines, where he concentrated on contract and charter sales, schedule planning, and corporate operations research. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales for World Airways, where he led all facets of aircraft leasing and charter service, and also designed and implemented the airline’s entry into the international scheduled service market.
He is an advisor to numerous hedge funds, insurance companies and investment banks on industry-related topics and is often called upon to speak or write about aviation matters. As an industry authority, he has also provided expert opinions and testimony covering issues like breach of contract, traffic forecasts, and asset valuations in litigation procedures. Also, he has served as an advisor to trustees and investors in bankruptcies such as Northwest Airlines, US Airways, Delta Air Lines and Atlas Air. Mr. Agnew currently serves on the board of directors and chairs the audit committee of Atlas Air. In addition, he sits on the board of directors of the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) and chairs its Military Airlift Committee. Mr. Agnew earned an MBA from the University of North Dakota.
Mr. David Tokoph
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tokoph, Chief Operating Officer, joined mba in 2011, and has been vital in the firm’s growing valuation and asset management practices. His role is to oversee all of mba’s product offerings, including valuation, technical, economic analysis, and business development.
Mr. Tokoph joined mba from Southern Air where he served as Vice President of Quality Control, overseeing the Auditing, Inspection, Aircraft Records and Maintenance Training departments, as well as being an FAA accountable Manager for the company. Prior to Southern Air, Mr. Tokoph ran an Aviation Consulting Company that assisted airlines and leasing companies in the acquisition, sale, lease return and delivery of aircraft worldwide. Mr. Tokoph also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at MAXjet Airways and as an Engineer with Trans Meridian Airlines, where he began his career.
Mr. Tokoph is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. He also holds both an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Certificate and a Commercial Pilots license.

Mr. Marc Wilson
Vice President – Technical & Quality
Mr. Wilson’s extensive background in technical management and engineering for airlines and aircraft manufacturers has served him well in his position as Director of Safety, Quality and Asset Management at Morten Beyer & Agnew.
His role involves heading the quality control function of mba’s IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program and running the technical elements of the asset management program.
Mr. Wilson’s more than twenty years in the industry includes experience in senior positions at American Eagle, Independence Airlines and Compass Airlines. At these airlines, he evaluated candidate aircraft types for addition to the American Eagle and Independence Air carrier certificates and developed operating budgets projecting maintenance costs through the anticipated life of an aircraft.
Mr. Wilson holds ONC and HNC qualifications in aeronautical engineering and a C & GLI qualification in aeronautical engineering, both from the College of Technology in Belfast. He has completed the Systems Safety Training course through the FAA and has studied fracture mechanics at George Mason University.
Ms. Sherry Brooks
Vice President – IOSA Program
Ms. Brooks’ extensive background in aviation safety and quality serves her well as Vice President IOSA Program at Morten Beyer & Agnew. Ms. Brooks is responsible for the management, administration, and continued development of mba’s IOSA Audit and Training Programs.
Ms. Brooks has over 30 years in aviation and began her career with Northwest Airlines in Technical Operations as Chemist, successfully progressing into safety leadership, management, and regulatory auditing within Technical Operations and Corporate safety management. She served as Director of Corporate Safety & Compliance at World Airways, and Manager of Safety Management System & Internal Evaluation Program at ExpressJet Airlines, as well as Aircraft Dispatcher, prior to joining mba in 2016. Ms. Brooks has extensive experience with leadership of aviation regulatory compliance and auditing of FAA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, DOL, and DOD requirements, as well as IOSA requirements and conformance.
Ms. Brooks is an American Society for Quality Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, and Registered Environmental Manager, as well as a certificated Aviation Dispatcher. She has a BS degree in Biology & Chemistry, and a BS degree in Secondary Education, both from Athens State University. She is known for her abilities in Team Leadership and Organization, as well as Process Improvement.
Mrs. Anne Correa
Director – Business Development
Anne Correa, Director of Business Development, joined mba in 2015. In her role as Director, Ms. Correa is responsible for developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships to support mba’s market position. Specifically, Ms. Correa is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of mba’s redbookOnline valuation tool.
Prior to joining mba, Ms. Correa lead internal development teams at Avianca Airlines in Bogota, Colombia, and United Parcel Service in Bruxelles, Belgium. Additionally, Ms. Correa provided consulting for numerous global market clients on behalf of Endeavor, located in Cairo, Egypt, and Booz Allen Hamilton, located in Washington D.C.
Ms. Correa obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration from James Madison University, and later received her Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School.
Mrs. Lindsey Webster
Director – Asset Valuations
Lindsey Webster is the Director for mba’s Asset Valuations Group. In this role, Ms. Webster is responsible for preparing aircraft, helicopter and engine appraisals, performing market research and analysis, modeling value trends, and determining future values and economic lives. During her time at mba, she has performed various types of appraisals, including Maintenance Adjusted, Lease Encumbered, and Full Appraisals on over 2,000 aircraft, including narrowbody, widebody, regional, turboprop and business aircraft in addition to medium-lift helicopters. Ms. Webster, as an ISTAT Certified Appraiser, leads the Asset Valuations Group in determining quarterly aircraft value updates for the firm and manages mba’s online valuation tool REDBOOK. As a part of her role with mba, she has prepared market studies and forecasts for clients, specifically analysis of narrowbody and widebody global fleets by region, airline order books, aircraft leases, engine residual and part-out value market studies, maintenance modeling, and forecasting of residual value curves. She is also actively involved the expansion of mba’s helicopter valuation department. Ms. Webster is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
Ms. Webster began her career in aviation in ground operations with Air Wisconsin. Prior to joining mba she worked as an analyst in Credit Derivatives at Lehman Brothers and in Sales with the Ritz-Carlton. Ms. Webster received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University.
Ms. Kathryn Peters
Director – Business Valuations & Economic Analysis
Kathryn Peters is the Director of Business Valuation and Economic Analysis at mba. Ms. Peters is responsible for managing the wide scope of projects executed by the group, whose clients are airlines, lessors, airports, banks, and private equity firms. This includes regularly performing tangible and intangible asset valuations, including airline routes, airport slots, and enterprise. In addition, she manages mba’s aircraft maintenance model, forecasting maintenance-related cash flows of aircraft and engine portfolios for lessors, for both due diligence and ABS deals. Ms. Peters provides business plan and cash flow projection due diligence to investors to evaluate the viability of investment in airlines, lessors, and manufacturers, and executes industry analyses and impact studies for investors and lessors, including assessing the impact of market factors on both aircraft values and passenger traffic. Ms. Peters has experience in providing air service development services for airports and airlines through analyzing demographics, historical passenger traffic, airport and aircraft restrictions, and airline strategy. Ms. Peters also provides support for expert witness testimony on aviation-related damages and lost profits.
Prior to joining mba, Ms. Peters acquired in-depth knowledge of asset pricing and options theory working in both equity and commodity options in Chicago. Previously, Ms. Peters gained experience in financial management within the Business Management Division of Northrop Grumman. Ms. Peters has a degree in Business Economics and Management from the California Institute of Technology, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
