Air Arabia announced that it has signed a lease agreement for 6 Airbus A321neo LR aircraft with Air Lease Corporation. 

The announcement made on November 13 means that the low-cost carrier will continue to expanding its Airbus-only fleet. Currently the carrier operates 37 Airbus A320-200 planes and serves more than 100 airports across the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Europe. 

In a statement the airline confirmed that it expects the new aircraft to be delivered starting in 2019. The A321neos will be used to serve both its existing network and to introduce longer range routes.
