Air Lease Corporation, the Los Angeles-based lessor, released a report detailing its financial performance in the second quarter of 2019. Between April and June, the company received revenues of $471 million, 18.5% higher than in the same period of 2018. ALC posted a pre-tax income of $161 million, up 8.9% year-on-year. It closed the quarter with a 34.1% pre-tax profit margin.
The firm took delivery of seventeen aircraft, one of which came from the secondary market. By the end of June, its fleet of owned and managed aircraft totaled 361 aircraft.
