Singapore-based aircraft lessor BOC Aviation took delivery of an A320neo plane, its 350th delivery from Airbus. Bound for lessee TAP Air Portugal, the aircraft is powered by CFM’s LEAP-1A engines.
Robert Martin, the firm’s managing director and chief executive officer, stressed that this delivery demonstrates the strength of his company’s 25-year relationship with the airframer.
The lessor’s fleet includes 335 owned or managed aircraft. It is publicly traded in Hong Kong and a member of the Bank of China Group.
