Cathay Pacific published its passenger traffic data for September 2019. Including its regional arm, Cathay Dragon, the company carried about 2.4 million passengers in the month, 7.1% lower than in the same month of 2018. The two airlines transported approximately 172,000 tons of cargo and mail, down by 4.4%.

In August, the combined passenger traffic of Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon decreased 11.3% year-on-year.
