EgyptAir Prepares to Receive First A220

EgyptAir will soon take delivery of its first A220-300 aircraft from the backlog of twelve it ordered from Airbus. The Cairo-headquartered airline will outfit these planes with 134 seats each.

According to the STAR Fleet database available through mba’s REDBOOK aviation intelligence platform, the airline’s active fleet includes 52 passenger aircraft.
