Brazilian airframer Embraer published its performance report for the first three months of 2019, including its activities related to orders and deliveries.
The company delivered a total of 22 aircraft, split evenly between its commercial and executive variants. Its order backlog totaled $16 billion USD at the end of March.
Mauritania Airlines took delivery of its maiden E175 aircraft during the period. Embraer concluded an order for ten E195-E2 aircraft with Air Peace, a Nigerian carrier. That airline intends to become the inaugural operator of the E2 in Africa.
