Hunnu Air to Add Four E190s to Its Fleet

Hunnu Air, a Mongolian domestic carrier, has signed an aircraft lease agreement with CDB Aviation for four Embraer E190s, which are to be delivered to the airline from May 2019 to 2021.

The Embraer aircraft are to be used for the domestic and regional flight services provided by the carrier. Currently, Hunnu Air provides flight services throughout Mongolia, offering bridges to China and Russia from Chinggis Khaan International Airport.

The E190 will provide Hunnu Air with a seating capacity of 98 passengers in a two-class seating configuration.

CDB Aviation President & Chief Commercial Officer Patrick C. Hannigan, commented on the lease agreement by sharing that this is the first time the company is entering the Mongolian market and it is excited about the new opportunity. The aircraft leasing specialist is happy to support Hunnu Air in its future growth objectives and help it serve the increasing passenger demand .
