Pegasus Airlines, the leader in the Turkish aviation market and a low-cost carrier, has entered a codeshare partnership with Nile Air, the biggest private carrier in Egypt.
As a result of the codeshare, customers of Pegasus will have the opportunity to exploit Pegasus channels for Nile Air’s services between Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Cairo. The partnership will be active from the 15th of June, 2018.
Customers of the Turkish carrier will have access to Nile Air’s routes four days a week.
Pegasus has appreciated the importance of creating partnerships with other aviation players. The signing of the codeshare with Nile Air brings the carrier a total of six existent codeshare partnerships. The carrier’s codeshare partners include KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Flynas, Alitalia, Qatar Airways, and Delta Air Lines.
The carrier operates mainly an Airbus fleet, consisting of A320-200s, A320neos, A321neos, and Boeing 737-800s.
