Kathryn Peters is the Director of Forecasting and Modeling at mba. Ms. Peters is responsible for developing and managing models used for forecasting cash flows generated by aviation-related enterprises, for clients including airlines, lessors, airports, banks, and private equity firms. This includes mba’s aircraft maintenance model, forecasting maintenance-related cash flows of aircraft and engine portfolios for lessors, for acquisition due diligence, lease return, and ABS deals. In addition, Ms. Peters provides business valuation, business plan assessment, and cash flow projection due diligence to monitor or evaluate the viability of investment in airlines, lessors, and manufacturers. Ms. Peters also provides support for expert witness testimony on aviation-related damages and lost profits.
Prior to joining mba, Ms. Peters worked in options trading in Chicago. Previously, Ms. Peters gained experience in financial management within the Business Management Division of Northrop Grumman. Ms. Peters has a degree in Business, Economics, and Management from the California Institute of Technology, and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).
