Thomas Cook Plans Substantial Fleet Growth in 2019

Thomas Cook is planning a further fleet expansion during the summer season of 2019, following an increase in passenger demand. The company is continuously demonstrating stability and presence on the market.

The main objective of the company is to focus on stabilizing its operations during its peak summer season. According to Chief Airline Officer of the Thomas Cook Group, Christoph Debus, the company has promised customers and partners to reach a new level of operation in the summer period of 2019.

Two Airbus A321s will be included to its Condor fleet during the summer of 2019, which will be operated from the winter season across the UK network. Another two A321s will be added for the summer period, expanding the company’s fleet to a total of 105 aircraft for the season.

Altogether, Thomas Cook will be growing its fleet by a total of four new aircraft.
