WOW air, Iceland’s ultra-affordable transatlantic airline, announced that they are starting flights to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) this spring. The first service from the international airport is scheduled for April 26, 2018. 

The airline will offer daily services to Reykjavik and another 22 cities abroad throughout the summer. In addition to that, WOW air will also increase the services it offers out of Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). It will offer 13 flights per week as of May 2018.  

As of November 7, travelers to Paris, Amsterdam, London Stansted, Frankfurt, Dublin, Copenhagen and Berlin can buy tickets at the price of just $99. There will be special prices for other destinations serviced by the carrier.
