Senior Advisor – Greater China Region


Mr. Calvin Luo is a senior advisor to the Company, responsible for business development and customer relations with all clients, partners and stakeholders within the Greater China Region for all of MBA Aviation’s product and service lines.

Mr. Luo started his career in Air China’s Legal Affairs Department in Beijing as a staff attorney. He then moved to New York City, where he received an advanced law degree and, after admission to the New York bar,  practiced with the New York City firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in its Aviation Practice Group where he represented some major Chinese airlines in the US.  Prior to joining mba Aviation, Mr. Luo spent seven years with Boeing Commercial Airplanes as a Seattle-based Sales Director responsible for some of the biggest and most strategically important of that OEM’s accounts in China. In that capacity, he was the leader of a team of dedicated Sales, Marketing, Contracts, Customer Engineering and Customer Support personnel that sold hundreds of new commercial aircraft to Chinese airlines. Among other accomplishments, his team structured a transaction for the first fifteen  777-300ER aircraft between Boeing and a Chinese customer in 2007.  Mr. Luo then spent three years with Bombardier Commercial Airplanes, based in Shanghai, where he lead a creative sales team for that manufacturer’s CSeries, regional jet and turboprop products in the Mainland China, Taiwan and Mongolia markets.

Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Beijing University Law School and a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree from New York University (NYU) School of Law. He has been a member of the New York Bar since 2003 and is a member of The Wings Club (New York).

Ms. Danielle Hershey

Manager – Quality Control


Ms. Hershey’s background in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Development, and Data Analysis has provided for a smooth transition into her role as the Manager – Quality Control.

Ms. Danielle Hershey joined mba as a Quality Control Analyst and successfully progressed her career to become the Manager Quality Control, of the mba Audit Programs. In her role as the Manager Quality Control, Ms. Hershey is responsible for developing, defining, and ensuring enforcement of business policies, processes and procedures to support mba’s Audit Programs. Her commitment and proficiency safeguards delivery of the high quality product compelled by mba interested parties and encourages the Audit Programs to accomplish high quality results. During her time at mba, Ms. Hershey has been responsible for program enterprises focused on the development of internal quality assurance, quality control, support structures, and continuous improvement of mba’s Audit Programs.

Ms. Hershey began her career in aviation in Material Logistics and Production Control with Sikorsky – a Lockheed Martin Company. Prior to joining mba she worked as an Existing Client Coordinator for ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, TL 9000, R2 and RIOS Audits at Orion Registrar, Inc.

Ms. Hershey currently holds certificates in IOSA Auditor Training and IATA QC Manager Training.

Mr. Alex Cosaro


Mr. Alex Cosaro

Director – Valuations


As an ISTAT Certified Appraiser, Mr. Cosaro focuses on appraisals of Aircraft, Spare Parts and Ground Support Equipment for the issuance of credit facilities, accounting and reporting, amongst other purposes.

Prior to joining mba, Mr. Cosaro worked as a management consultant.  He started his aviation career in the education department at the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos, California. Mr. Cosaro received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California and a Master of Science in International Relations from the London School of Economics in London, United Kingdom.

Mr. Cosaro is also responsible for researching the current state of the aviation industry and preparing market studies on aircraft, industry trends, and aviation market opportunities.

Ms. Natasha Sidhu

Ms. Natasha Sidhu

Manager – Forecasting & Modeling


In her role, Ms. Sidhu develops and maintains excel-based advanced valuation and economic models, including financial decision models and stochastic stress case models for rating agencies used in commercial aircraft asset-backed securitization (ABS).

Ms. Sidhu also conducts economic analysis of aviation-related intangible assets for securitization or reporting purposes. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She became a Certified Valuation Analyst (“CVA”) in March 2019, and has passed Level I of the CFA examination. Her areas of expertise include statistical, financial, and economic modeling and analysis

Mr. Anthony Chica

Director – Audit Programs


Anthony Chica, Director of Audit Programs, joined mba in 2018.  In his role as Director of Audit Programs Mr. Chica is responsible for the Quality Control and Quality Assurance of the IOSA Program.

Mr. Chica has over 36 years in aviation and began his career with Monarch Airlines in Miami as an Aircraft Technician. Mr. Chica successfully progressed his career by becoming A Flight Engineer on CV880, DC8, and B707 B727 Aircraft for various Airlines. Mr. Chica was promoted to Chief Flight Engineer with Seagreen Air Transport in charge of training of all Flight Engineers. Mr. Chica then moved to South Africa and joined Interair where he held several positions from Flight Safety Officer to Director of Flight Operations. Mr. Chica was in Charge of the IOSA program for Interair.

Mr. Chica holds a FAA Airframe & Powerplant, FAA Flight Engineer and Private pilot license and is a certified ISO 9001 Auditor.

Ms. Anne Agnew Correa

Vice President – Forecasting & Modeling


Anne Agnew Correa is the Vice President of Forecasting & Modeling. Ms. Correa is responsible for developing and valuing strategic business cases including intangible assets, market sizing & development, route planning and assessing the operational impact of key decisions.

Ms. Correa also manages the team responsible for forecasting cash flows for airlines, lessors and aviation investors. She joined mba from Avianca Airlines in Bogotá, Colombia, where she worked with the airline’s in-house consulting division, leading strategic projects for growth and efficiency. She was responsible for resource optimization efforts throughout the airports in Colombia, NAM & SAM, growth initiatives for the executive class offering, analysis of future sales channel structures and managed the evaluation and implementation of RNP-AR landing and take-off procedures in Central and South America. Prior to Avianca, Ms. Correa worked with United Parcel Service (UPS) in Brussels, Belgium where she was responsible for expanding the company’s lead generation and incentive program into Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Additionally, Ms. Correa provided consulting for numerous global market clients on behalf of Endeavor, located in Cairo, Egypt, and Booz Allen Hamilton, located in Washington D.C.

Ms. Correa obtained her Bachelors in Business Administration from James Madison University, and later received her Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School.

Ms. Jennifer Atkins

Director of Operations


Ms. Jennifer Atkins serves as the firm’s Director of Operations. Ms. Atkins has been instrumental in the task of managing the operations and administrative needs of mba, while assisting in the daily management of a growing international aviation consulting firm.

Ms. Atkins is responsible for accounting practices and procedures, and reports directly to mba’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Her daily tasks consist of administering procedures and practices for mba including contracts and report writing, managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments including invoicing, payments and expense reconciliation; as well as Human Resources tasks to consist of hiring, creating and maintaining personnel files, background checks, payroll and employee insurance enrollments.

Ms. Atkins attended the Washington Business School in McLean, Virginia, where she attained her Diploma in Microcomputer Management.

Ms. Lindsey Webster

Vice President – Asset Valuations


Ms. Lindsey Webster is the Vice President of mba’s Asset Valuations Group and leads a team of ISTAT Certified Appraisers and Candidates in preparing aircraft, helicopter, spare parts, and engine appraisals, performing market research and analysis, modeling value trends, and determining future values and economic lives.

Ms. Webster is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser and frequent speaker at industry events including ISTAT, Airline Economics, AirFinance Journal,  and CargoFacts.

Ms. Webster began her career in aviation in ground operations with Air Wisconsin. Prior to joining mba she also worked in Credit Derivatives at Lehman Brothers and in Sales with the Ritz-Carlton. Ms. Webster received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Insurance from Northeastern University.

Mr. Marc Wilson

Head of Technical


Mr. Wilson’s extensive background in technical management and engineering for airlines and aircraft manufacturers has served him well in his position as Head of Technical at Morten Beyer & Agnew.

Marc Wilson joined mba in September 2007.  He now heads mba’s European office as the Head of the Technical division.  With extensive experience in technical lease management, aircraft inspection, delivery, continuous management throughout the lease term, and aircraft redelivery, his role is to oversee mba’s technical services including the asset management program.  He is responsible for overseeing asset management activities for all of mba’s investor clients to include, analyzing client aircraft utilization, maintenance reserve funding and invoice approval, regulatory compliance and aircraft condition.  In addition, he performs load and stress analysis of aircraft structures, designs aircraft and engine maintenance and modification programs, develops operating budgets and negotiates supplier contracts with airframe, engine and component maintenance providers.

Mr. Wilson has held Senior Engineering and Technical Management positions for American Eagle Airlines, Independence Airlines, and Compass Airlines.  Prior to joining mba, he served as Senior Manager of Technical Engineering for Compass Airlines and was Director of Technical Services at Independence Air.  In addition to his work with air carriers, Mr. Wilson has also held engineering positions for two aircraft manufacturers.

Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry including experience in engineering, and also maintenance and technical service experience with aircraft manufacturers and regional airlines. In addition, Mr. Wilson holds ONC and HNC qualifications in aeronautical engineering and a C & GLI qualification in aeronautical engineering, both from the College of Technology in Belfast. He has completed the Systems Safety Training course through the FAA and has studied fracture mechanics at George Mason University.

Mr. David Tokoph

President and CEO


Mr. Tokoph, President and CEO, joined mba from the commercial aviation sector where he held senior positions in airlines and advised airlines and financial institutions in aircraft acquisitions.

Mr. Tokoph joined mba with a background in technical management, airline operations and aircraft trading.  Prior to mba, Mr. Tokoph worked with Southern Air, where he served as Vice President of Quality Control, overseeing technical operations of the airline as well as being an FAA Accountable Manager for the company.  Before Southern Air, Mr. Tokoph ran an Aviation Consulting Company that assisted airlines and leasing companies in the aquisition, sale, lease return, and delivery of aircraft worldwide.  Mr. Tokoph also served as the Director of Quality Assurance at MAXjet Airways and as an Engineer with Trans Meridian Airlines, where he began his career.

Mr. Tokoph is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. He also holds both an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Certificate and a FAA Commercial Pilots license.
