Ms. Jennifer Atkins
Director of Operations
Ms. Jennifer Atkins serves as the firm’s Director of Operations. Ms. Atkins has been instrumental in the task of managing the operations and administrative needs of mba, while assisting in the daily management of a growing international aviation consulting firm.
Ms. Atkins is responsible for accounting practices and procedures, and reports directly to mba’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Her daily tasks consist of administering procedures and practices for mba including contracts and report writing, managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments including invoicing, payments and expense reconciliation; as well as Human Resources tasks to consist of hiring, creating and maintaining personnel files, background checks, payroll and employee insurance enrollments.
Ms. Atkins attended the Washington Business School in McLean, Virginia, where she attained her Diploma in Microcomputer Management.
